  Our grub screws with fine thread are used wherever precise adjustment or positioning is required, e.g. in machine or precision engineering.

  For simpler machining of the body, the grub screws with fine thread are supplied with matching threaded nuts which have a normal external thread.

  The grub screws with fine thread are available with different ravel ranges.

  Adjustment screws with fine thread are used wherever precise adjustment or positioning is required, e.g. in machine or precision engineering.

  The hardened ball at the top of the screws ensures wear-free operation of the stop and thus high reproducibility of the position. The turn knob is marked with graduation marks for exact settings.

  For simpler machining of the body, the adjustment screws with fine thread are supplied with matching threaded nuts which have a normal external thread.

  This product is available with different thread pitch, diameters and travel ranges.

  The adjustment screws with fine thread M6 and M8 can be supplied with 3 different turn knobs:

  • Knurled knob for general applications.
  • The knurled knob with hexagon can be adjusted with a suitable tool.
  • For special applications (medical technology, vacuum technology or others) the adjustment screws with fine thread can be supplied with a turn knob made of stainless steel. This is easy to grip, but can be cleaned better than a knurled knob.
• Oldham Coupling

  The Oldham coupling belongs with its special design to the group of crossdisc couplings. It allows for a parallel axle offset and also for small angular misalignements as well as axial displacements but, despite of this, ensures a backlash free torque transfer. Due to its design, this coupling is especially suitable for the construction of spindle drives with servo or stepper motors, for the mounting of encoders or many other applications with small or midsized torque values.

  Miniature screw drives are used in machine and jig constructions for a precise adjustment of parts. Due to a high accuracy and backlash-free condition, they ensure a precise and reproducible positioning.

• Parallel pins with...

  Parallel pins with internal thread are used in general mechanical engineering, jig and fixture construction or apparatus engineering. They are mainly used for constructions with blind holes because they can be pulled out again via the internal thread.

• Miniature Screws

  We supply miniature screws with dimensions M1 resp. S1 and smaller for applications in watches, fine mechanical or electronic devices, model making or many other applications. All screws are high quality, hardened and the screw heads are finely polished.

  
  The miniature screws are available in three designs:

  • Slotted cheese head screw
  • Collar screws with slotted cylinder head
  • Slotted countersunk head screws

  
  For the different thread sizes we also supply the appropriate core drills, taps and screwdrivers.

  Our miniature parallel pins are ideally suited for use in micro applications, in precision engineering and in the construction of apparatus and equipments.
